Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all orders placed before 14:30 GMT Monday to Friday on the same working day. This may not always be possible during busy periods but we do guarantee same day despatch and next day delivery when placing your order before 15:00 GMT Monday to Friday and upgrading your delivery at the checkout

Standard Delivery

Deliveries over £100 shipping to the UK are FREE.

We use a number of carriers including Royal Mail, Yodel and DHL to safely deliver your orders to your door. For orders placed for delivery in the UK including Northern Ireland, all of our carriers typically deliver within 1-2 working days after dispatch but we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery day. UK orders under £100 and all Frames, Groupsets and Wheels are subject to a £3.95 postage charge.

Delivery is worked out automatically and can be viewed in the basket.

International Orders

Postage costs are calculated automatically and displayed at the top of the order form when you select the destination country and depend on the size and weight of the products being ordered. All items are despatched from our UK warehouse.

Transit Times vary depending on the Country but are typically between 5 and 10 days. Your tracking number will clearly show you the progress of your order and your expected delivery date. For International orders, you may be subject to local duty/import taxes, if they apply. These are your responsibility and will be payable locally.

The shipping company should advise you of any charges, or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot advise you what these charges may be, and is not responsible for them. If these local import/customs charges are refused or not paid by our customer, then the item could be returned to, or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return.

Please note: if this happens, we may not be able to refund you for your order, and if we do we would not be able to refund any original postage costs and can only refund for the returned products, minus any costs incurred by

If you are placing an order for delivery to Norway, please include your Personal Identification number (PIN) in the ‘Courier instructions’ box at Checkout. All orders without a PIN will be automatically returned to sender by our Couriers, as they will be unable to deliver it.


Returns & Replacements

Returns Policy

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Perhaps the item is not what you want, it doesn’t fit, or maybe you’ve just changed your mind. As long as your items are unused, in their original packaging and returned within 28 days of receipt, just send it back.

Please note, unwanted items are returned at your own expense.

If you return an item because it is not as described or it’s damaged, you can choose from a number of return methods. If you live outside the UK and need to return an item to us, please contact us prior to sending the goods back.

How to Return Items

We recommend using a secure delivery method for returning goods (such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery). This method requires a signature upon receipt and insures you for the cost of the items.

What happens next

As soon as we receive your returned items, we’ll process them and either give you a refund or send your preferred alternative.



Both trade customers and public customers use the same website. When you log in your account type activates the products you can buy.

Feel free to spend as much time as you like browsing our website. At any time during your visit, you can add products to your basket, change the quantity you wish to order or remove them from your basket.

The order total is continually updated in the basket.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We do our best to keep our prices up to date, accurate and appropriate but mistakes can happen. Because of this, we reserve the right to cancel your order up until the point of delivery in the unlikely event we identify a problem.

Our promotions have a defined start and end date to enable us to provide the best deals we can. If you miss an offer we will not honour the sale price reserve the right to withdraw or Change Promotions or discount codes at any time including before the end of the originally stated end date.

Discount code % discounts are based on a % discount from the current selling price not as an extra % discount from the original RRP. For example, an item which is on sale at £8 with an RRP of £10 (an existing discount of 20%) a 10% discount on this item would be 10% of the current selling price of £8. An Extra saving of 80p
